└INCANTATION┘ "No one can be trusted, not even ourselves."

└DESCRIPTION┘ This Kido does not cause pain to a target. In fact it does the opposite. It removes about 90% of the pain. Lets take it from the top. Once the incantation is spoken a light will emit from the user as if it was Reiatsu., This light is black in color and spreads out to engulf the user at a ten meter radius. The black light is not thick, but it dims the area around the user. Once a target steps in side they will be immediately effected by the Kido. The pain within the target will dissolve away at about 90%, meaning it is not totally gone. On the upside to the target their body will feel relieved and any pain that holds their actions back would vanish. On the down side being effected by this Kido will result in the targets body becoming far more vulnerable to any Affliction. Afflictions/poisons work 2 times faster on the target, along with that; the pain relief can cause the target to over exert their body without knowing. It takes 1 posts of being in the dim light to become infected by the Kido.
Side-effect: Once the Kido ends the blocked pain will be released. Meaning that the target will expereicne a wave of constant pain which was held back from them during the kido. This results in a struggle to shunpo or move

Long story short, this kido causes the target to have afflictions work twice as fast on them

└RANGE┘ The black light emits at a ten meter Radius from her.

└DURATION┘ This light that effects the target stays around the user for 3 posts and infects the target up 5 posts depending how long they are in the light.

└CASTING TIME┘ There is a casting time of one post. That post will be saying the incantation where the light will begin to build up around the user and the light would be released in the next post.

└COOL DOWN┘ 8 Posts

You can bump it up to about 90%.
Though it would be better if you could put in a side affect after the duration of the kido finishes. Like users who exit this mode will not be able to use shunpo or attack due to the pain coming back in an instant. @___@ just. my opinion.

If I bump it up to 90% then it better have that side effect with no ifs ands or buts
