Okay, here's the situation. I had ragequit the site for reasons I don't feel like going into. My character was safe, out of harm, and not in a dangerous environment in the least.

Can I just get him back and keep going instead of going through the stress of remaking a char, zanpaktou and that shit?

I don't see why not

Rule 34: (HA PUN)

Rule: As with all suicides, character disappearances, quitting the site, or being removed for inactivity will result in the same outcome. This includes, quitting the site and returning at a later date, being removed for inactivity and returning. Having your character disappear, or limbo and then you return. (Such as hiding in a private topic). This includes staff and members alike. If quitting is the result and a return, all points will be lost between the time of quit, and the time of the return. If the account was deleted, harsher methods may be enforced.

No more Loophole. Staff will decide the Punishment as stated in the rule.

Yeah, Bro, I would've been cool with it the first two three times. As for I quit once and was aloud to come back. Yeah, we're all aloud one ragequit and I totally feel for that, Man, but this isn't your first time. This is just about your third and or fourth time in which you randomly said you were to quit, deleted your account, and came back out of the blue. (I saw it coming.)

As the man above me stated and what a beautiful and intelligent man he is. We're going to take harsher methods on your fourth leave. Like I said, if it was your first, and or second time. I would have been cool with it. No problems here, but like I said. This is your third or fourth time picking it up and leaving. So, if you think you can gracefully fly back in here and get your character back et cetera et cetera you're wrong. Not to mention, the rules are to be revised (Not positive when) and even if you have a "loophole" in mind, don't stick with it.

I'm not one to single-handedly determine your outcome. I for one will say I will be against you getting your character back due to previous reasons, but don't just come in here stating you get everything and even make a Post as if nothing happened with your character (Yeah, I saw your topic with Becca.)

There's only ONE thing I can do for you if you wish that of me. I can take your situation into consideration, take it up with staff, and determine whether you deserve your character back, and or if you are to start all over. Whether you are to receive the quitting/suicidal penalty (Because apparently quitting and suicide penalties go hand in hand) or not.

I can help you in your situation. I really can, but only if you allow me to, and give me permission to take this situation into Staff hands. I can't promise an outcome, but I can guarantee that nothing unjustifiably horrible will happen to you.

Okay. And I'm fine with that. Make your ruling. Do what you like. I'll admit, my first two times were bullshit reasons for leaving. I sorta kinda actually like this site (well, more specifically the Chatbox), and I will respect your ruling. But this is gonna happen again and again. I'll tell you right now. I'm an impulsive person. I am also not one to take too kindly to people dogging on me about...whatever, since I have enough of that on a day-to-day basis. The main reasons WHY I quit this site so many times was because it hit its slump and I was thinking it was going to die. I didn't quit 'randomly' as you said, Talukra. I quit because of either little-to-no activity, some bullshit story line, people not carrying out on their actions and being completely counter-productive upon their word to me, or just because I got threadlocked with no way out except for leaving. I don't care if I have to make a new character or even if I have to get banned for this. I'm willing to go along with this.

But, I can and will guarantee that I will quit this site and repeat the cycle. But probably for a more valid reason than threadlocking or the like. And I know throwing loopholes in your face without warrant. I realize i'm in the wrong, and whatever rule you decide to pull will be justified. I won't rant anymore, so do what you like. But I am me, and I do get tired of the same old bullshit I get day in and day out from this site, so, do your worst. It can't be any worse than just having to start over or getting banned.

Oh, and Talu, for the sake of my inner grammar nazi and since we just talked about grammar nazi's in my class- it's allowed. Not aloud.

I didn't add the other part and why do people always suspect banning? I can't even I.P Ban people. If I can do anything else, I don't care, and I've never tampered with it, but including banning hurts my feelings. : [




This all rounds up to whether or not you still want your character. If you said you don't care starting over then why don't you? Unless you wish to pass through judgement solely based on your desire to keep your character and such. So, I'll take this as your last word of clarification.

I do want to keep my character since I have invested a good amount of time in him and I actually like the ability I gave him, but If I have to give him up, I will. And I usually suspect banning because that's what usually happens on sites like these.
